Prices
Catalogue and on-line prices do not include the cost of transportation or any applicable taxes. These charges will be added to your invoice separately. Prices are FOB Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. Prices are subject to change without notice. As to products and services featured on this Website, please note that we make every effort to display as accurately as possible the products and services that appear on this Website, and we are not responsible for any type errors and website design errors. We may also improve products design and raw materials at any time without prior notice.

Shipping Destinations
We can only ship orders within Canada.

Shipping Charges
Actual shipping costs will be applied to orders. Minimum $15 shipping and handling fee will be charged. Orders with shipping location in NT, YT, NU and air drop zones may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Oversized products (extreme weight or bulk) are also subject to additional shipping charges.

Provincial Sales Tax
All applicable provincial taxes will be added to your order at the time of invoicing.

Goods & Service Tax
GST (or HST) will be added to orders where applicable. For your reference, our GST number is R104958731.

Terms of Payment
For established accounts, terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Interest is charged at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on overdue accounts. Visa or MasterCard are accepted.

Shipments: FOB Newmarket, Ontario, Canada
All orders will be shipped in the most economical manner (for parcels this is generally UPS Ground) unless otherwise specified by you the customer. Shipments will FOB Newmarket, Ontario, and shipping & handling charges will be added to your invoice. A minimum $15.00 shipping charge will be applied to all orders, so we would encourage you to make sure your orders total more than $50 before shipping charges. When Spectrum ships to your institution, arrangements normally include delivery to your building's front door or loading dock. If the shipping company's assistance is going to be required to carry the parcels further into your building, Spectrum must be informed in advance and the additional handling charges of the freight forwarder will apply.

This logo on items indicates that additional shipping charges apply.

Back-Orders
Items not in stock at the time of processing your order will be shipped when available and invoiced separately. Please note that backorders under $25.00 may be cancelled.

Web Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact Spectrum Educational Supplies customer service department if:

1. There is noticeable damage to the product.
2. The product shipped to you has been sent in error.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the returned product is unused and in original saleable condition.

If you have received the shipment and a product is damaged, we recommend that you inspect the package before you sign for it and if there is obvious damage from shipping, we recommend you refuse the shipment.
If product was ordered by the customer in error:

1. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on the return.
2. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if applicable.

All returns must be authorized by our customer service department (1-800-660-0600), which will provide a Return Authorization Number. Please (1) include our invoice number (2) indicate our Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package being returned, and (3) indicate reason(s) for returning the goods.

The same credit card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 7-10 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.

Unless the product is defective, no refunds or exchanges on pens, markers, cut goods, videos/DVDs, computer software (if opened), airbrushes, compressors, presentation cases, portfolios, projectors and certain other items and special order items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective or damaged.


Manufacturer's Warranty
Spectrum Educational Supplies will honour all manufacturers warranties on products purchased from Spectrum (proof of purchase will be required).
